It's being a month I am taking this online yoga sessions initially before enrolling I had doubts whether it will work for me or not? But now I can say, this yoga is a must for your body and especially from mental health, I am a writer so I am very exhausted mentally but right now I feel nice after yoga...The good thing about it you do excercise it's a bit tiring but not exhausting you feel rejuvenated after yoga...No matter what your goal in fitness is I feel yoga is must...Also Jayesh is very kind though we have enrolled for group sessions but he make sure to give attention to everyone, I am having gap in my neck in C4 & C5 section so he always take care of this also every week there is new set of asans or the excercise he makes us do, so it's not like that we do same workout everyday!!...I have also lost 4kgs and few inches.

I have been attending sessions with an amazing instructor for the past one and a half months, and the experience has been incredibly positive. Throughout the day, we feel energized and free from stress, all thanks to yoga and exercise.

Very good trainer. Like the zeal to train efficiently and motivate. Very friendly and professional whenever required. Happy to be learning Yoga from Jayesh as it makes me feel good after a Yoga session everyday. Economical considering the pandemic and great quality. I'm from Hyderabad but I wish Jayesh was from here too so he can provide in person training. To conclude, satisfied overall and great job from Jayesh. To many more workouts

Jayesh is one of the best trainer in Dombivli. His workout routine improved my health within few months. Very Kind,Understanding and Encouraging. Routine will be according to our health condition so not to worry if his routine will work for you or not. So grateful to come across such an amazing trainer TFC

I have joined online class in lockdown for Yoga and there has been improvement in my stamina and also feel i have lost some weight. Jayesh understands what your body is capable of and always help you to do right thing giving positive result. It's fun challenging your body daily as my Journey started from 10 Surya namaskar a Day to 30 Surya namaskar in 10 minutes !! All the Best Jayes for all your future fitness endeavour

Never wrote a review anywhere because I never felt like writing it! But, I must take a stand to appreciate Jayesh in terms of creating positive energy through kindness and joy. I have become very flexible and the sessions which Jayesh conducts are peaceful & satisfying. Absolutely recommend this Fitness centro for people who have the will to tighten and tone your entire body. All the best J!!! ⭐

Jayesh is a great instructor who can cater to different levels and individual needs. And, Yoga has higher chances to increase fat loss too. Would recommend to anyone. 🙂
