I've been here since past 4-5 months and honestly it has been wholesome for me. I enjoy doing Yoga in this centre. The trainer here has optimum knowledge in this field which is good for us.

Dedicated and encouraging instructor, different exercises every day which means with regular attendance you train every muscle in your body…Specially Nad Yoga and Tratak is very helpful to calm ur mind and increase ur concentration…Yoga is an experience worth trying!
