Yoga that can make a difference. That happened with Nikhila, I happened to walk in casually to add it as a workout routine, which now has turned into a lifestyle change. She has the aura to make one understand one's body's strengths and weaknesses, something we are unaware of. In a row of 15 top students at her studio, she has the talent and charm to guide each one of us. In my head, I feel like I am alone with her, and she's training just me. Never met someone like her; she's such a blessing.

I came to her with lot of issues regarding knee pain, back pain and after few weeks I’m all good and healed. Nikhila exudes calmness and tranquility which is reflected in her cool, calm yoga studio with ambient lighting. Nikhila's yoga classes and styles are varied daily ranging from vinyasa flow, yin yoga, perhaps sometimes focusing on a particular area of the body, offering options to suit each person's abilities as necessary.
