Isha Place Alappuzha

Finally a great energised space in Aleppy for people to come and meditate!!! Inner Engineering program by Isha has been a life changer for me and my family. The ambience of the Center and great involvement by volunteers enables the classes to deeply touch the participants. Having a local centre gives opportunity for people to come and spend undisturbed silent time, which is much needed at current times. The Center is at a calm and beautiful place with lots of natural light and air flow. The ambience of hall is just so pure and calming. We now have a mini Isha in our Alappuzha! Must visit place

My favourite place in Alleppey! A peaceful and well-maintained space for yoga and meditation. The ambience is calm, the volunteers are very supportive, and the practices are taught with great care.

I had an opportunity to go through the program. Such a wonderful and nice program. The ambience set by the volunteers are magnanimous. The programs focused on our own welbeing which is truly in our own hands. That is what I liked most, the tools of welbelng must be on our own hands, not with the master who taught us. In a matter of few days the transformation which brought in me is remarkable
