Love training here, the gym Have international brand machine. evenings times have moderate crowd .
As a begginer to gym, I was nervous when I joined this gym. it was such a relief for me to know that this gym has a lady trainer, for women , under her guidance I saw a good progress ,my energy improved and I felt stronger each week. I was really surprised when I lifted a weight which I thought was impossible for me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this gym to all women not only as the gym has a LADY TRAINER but also they provide 10 am To 3pm service EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN , so peacefully we can do our workout . Reasonable fee structure is also a positive point of this gym.
I had an amazing experience at ironfist near Pathirapally! The gym offers affordable fees and a welcoming, positive atmosphere that makes every workout enjoyable. Both trainers, Bini Chechy and Tony Chetan, are incredibly passionate about their work. Initially, I lacked confidence, but their motivation and support helped me achieve both physical and mental wellness. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and uplifting fitness environment!
Absolutely great place to workout. More than us, gym instructor has a goal to make us fit. They regularly monitor us on making improvements. They are very professional at their work. Go checkout ,if you are serious about you fitness.

Good facility, great equipment, great atmosphere. Good service with friendly staff, clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professionals. A changing room and toilet are also available. Also Lady trainer for ladies
