I used this library from 1 year and yes now I can give my opinions. Facilities are A/C, Well seat, reserve seat options according to preference. I think one of the best library in bhagalpur without any distraction and proper Facility so you should visit once as well..

Excellent reading ambience...staff most disciplined and having good etiquette and mannerism

It's a one of the best library in bhagalpur with best infrastructure and very coordinative owner.Its in initial stage so little bit disturbances may be faced but overall it's the best in class. Positives- Comfortable chairs, spacious seats, spacious common seating space, dedicated male/female toilets.
