ICM LIBRARY

Just want to express gratitude to Ishan sir & Vandana ji of the ICM Library for letting me WFH from the library, when I had a wifi emergency. A decent place for students to self-study. Kudos for opening the much needed library in Bhagalpur.

I really appreciate the peaceful and focused environment of this library. The quiet atmosphere helps me concentrate deeply, and everyone respects the silence, which makes it ideal for serious work or exam preparation. The seating is comfortable, the lighting is good, and the overall ambience encourages productivity. It’s one of the best places to study without distractions — simple, clean, and truly effective for anyone who values silence and focus.

This library focused on cooperation and mutual learning. The physical appearance of seating,lighting, internet connectivity , there are extra area for group discussion and taking lunch and breakfast.

This library has everything a student needs. Beautiful ambiance, extremely peaceful, comfortable seats, AC, wifi, very cooperative staffs and management, RO water, clean washroom, personal lockers, discussion room, and changeable modes in light bulb (warm, cool and neutral) which is really cool. Everything together really helps boost the productivity in studies.

Best library in this area. All facilities are well organised.

Great spot for productive studies, clean, silent, and well-equipped with all the facilities you may require: Wife, air conditioning, water, clean washroom, power socket, all at very affordable fee. Very approachable management, always ready to help and improve.
