I had a really good experience buying my first guitar from here. I got a Cort AD810 recently. There is no store front, they take orders on call or on WhatsApp. My order was delivered in around an hour and a half. Rahul bhaiya came to deliver the guitar himself. He was really polite and told me a few things about the guitar as well. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a guitar or any musical instrument.

I visited RC musicals yesterday for my guitar repair and i must say that I haven't seen such great customer service at such low affordable price. Unlike many music store owners/managers, Rahul sir was very humble, polite, and patient. He listened to everything I had to say carefully, and shared his thoughts on what my concerns were. He possess great expertise and knowledge in what he does. I am very thankful to him for his service. I had travelled 18km just for this, and it was worth it. I am looking forward to more service or guidance from him in near future.
