It's been 16 days since I joined this gym. I have disc harnia (slip disc) . Trainer Mr. Diljit has considered my problem and making me do workout which is suitable for my body. I am doing pretty well, I have lost 1 kg in 15 days. Gym environment is really good. There is no problem of space. Every needed equipment is available in the gym. There are other trainers are also available along with Mr. Diljit. There are, racks(for ur belongings) and washrooms available. There are 2 floors , one for cardio and other for your muscles or strength training. Ac's and fans are all in working and good condition. FEE is affordable . Timings : Morning:-5AM to 10AM (Mon-Sat) Evening:-5PM to 9 PM (Mon-Sat) Sundays are off Overall good gym. If you are looking for nice gym join L-7 gym.
Great Gym for fitness purpose. Those who make real or without any steroids body must come their. Fitness coach good trainer and attend everyone to make strength and fitness. Overall superb zym in Kurukshetra
I have been going here for a month in the morning 5:30 batch, what I liked the most is that trainer is so focussed and they work with you on overall aspect of fitness and physique. Very reasonably priced membership, very well cleaned and have most machines you would need. Hands down.. Best gym in the locality by far. If you can wake up at 5, then I would recommend morning batch which is trainer led (Dijeet). Tell him you are friend of Mridul to get discount on your membership.
This gym has an excellent range of modern equipment and is always kept spotlessly clean. The motivating atmosphere and friendly staff make it a pleasure to work out here.
Trainers are super supportive and have amazing behaviour. As a girl, i feel comfortable. Moreover, they keep you motivated every step. love working out here!
