City Gym and Spa

The gym is actually very good — the equipment is nice, and the overall environment is positive for workouts. But my experience with the front desk staff has been really disappointing. The front desk staff member Anamika is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t even acknowledge people properly and behaves like she doesn’t care who is standing in front of her. A front desk person represents the gym, and this kind of attitude completely ruins the experience.

The gym itself is good — equipment is decent and the workout environment is fine. But the front desk experience is honestly horrible because of Anamika. She is extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. She doesn’t greet people, doesn’t speak properly, and behaves like customers are doing her a favor by coming there. Her attitude is disrespectful and she seems to have zero basic manners or customer-handling skills. A front desk staff member is supposed to support members and create a welcoming environment — but with Anamika sitting there, it feels like the gym doesn’t care about people at all. The gym is good, but this one staff member is damaging the reputation of the whole place. Management should take this seriously.

Average gym equipments. Good free weights. Some good trainers. But bad temperature issues. (They are unable to tackle high temperature issues) Their treadmills don't have shockers. But इतने में तो इतना ही मिलेगा। Gym is ok for the price of ₹3,000/- for 3 months.
