Rohini Mam ,the trainer for IELTS goes about the program in a very methodical and meticulous manner. She helps us understand the various nuances of the course in a lucid manner. I am very satisfied with my spoken English classes at Britfort Academy, Jayanagar. Khairunnisa ma'am was very friendly and helpful throughout the course.
