I had a very smooth and professional experience at this IELTS test centre. The staff were courteous, well-organised, and ensured that all procedures were explained clearly from the beginning. Registration and verification were handled efficiently, which helped reduce any pre-exam stress. The facilities were clean, quiet, and well-maintained, creating an ideal environment for the examination. Instructions were clear, and invigilators were attentive and supportive throughout the test while maintaining proper exam protocol. Overall, the centre was well-managed and provided a calm, organised, and fair testing experience. I would highly recommend this test centre to anyone appearing for the IELTS examination.

The CBT experience at the test center was really good. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. The staff were helpful, polite, and quick to assist whenever needed. Overall, it was a stress-free experience, and I appreciate how professionally everything was managed.

This is my second time writing the IELTS (I got a great score AND a great experience the first time, but that’s not why I’m here again, it’s a long story…) but I once again had a great experience thanks to the IDP IELTS Staff here at the Whitefield centre! Special thanks to Mr. Karan and Ms. Sangeetha for helping me out during an honestly nerve-racking test experience. From the moment I entered, the experience was seamless and smooth - from confirming my details to entering the (AC!) waiting room in an orderly fashion, to finally heading to the exam room and starting the test. It was much the same for their speaking test, which I just finished before starting this review. As a genuine exam entrant, their dedication to secure, honest exams is admirable - but despite how much I like this place and people here, I hope to not have to visit it again

Seamless process, supporting staff, clean centre! I'd say overall amazing experience!

The overall experience was good. The place was pretty organised and had no technical issues at all. The saff were friendly and helpful as well.

It was a quick experience. No faulty equipment, but we were not allowed to use phones even the waiting area. I had to stand outside and wait. Apart from that, the speaking round was virtual and not in person
