Worst experience. I have been waiting for the refund for 1 month and 3 weeks. There is still no proper explanation. They keep saying it is year-end or month-end due to GST processing, even though I requested the refund on November 2. Despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has not been credited and only excuses are being given. Very poor handling, no transparency, and completely unprofessional. Highly disappointing. Thank you for the response. However, this explanation is not acceptable. I requested the refund on November 2, and it has already been more than 1 month and 3 weeks. At the time of requesting the refund, I was never informed about a 45-day policy. Instead, I was repeatedly given different timelines—2 weeks, then another week, and even a specific time (5 PM) for credit, none of which were honored. If refunds actually take 45 days, this should be clearly communicated upfront, not changed after multiple follow-ups. Saying "year-end," "month-end," or "GST processing" only after long delays shows poor transparency and unprofessional handling. I have already waited patiently beyond reasonable time. I expect a clear and immediate resolution, not repeated generic responses.

This institution is really helpful to study german, i am really happy to here, the teachers explains the lessons very clearly and supportive. The learning environment is friendly and comfortable. Study materials are useful and well organized.
