Good but not so much.. study materials are their prime advantage. Hostel facilities are utterly disappointing.Hostels are not in the control of Aakash management.Faculties actually tries thier hard, especially chemistry and Zoology.Class infrastructure is very good.We get free uniform and a bag. Classes are in AC mode. Three subjects are taken a day. Exams twice a month.But one major disadvantage is in conducting model exams last . Only a handful of full syllabus model exams are done. I had to attend exams in another institution because of this. Aiats is an all india exam conducting every month from October onwards.It is a better exam in giving aspirants the real pressure of national exam. Last but not least, whatever the institution you are studying, ultimately it is us , the aspirants are the one who needs to study, practice and prepare.

*Worst Experience with Aakash Institute, Kollam* I enrolled my daughter at Aakash Institute, Kollam, located at High School Junction, for JEE entrance coaching. The institute conducted a marketing session at her school, which convinced me to join her there. Initially, they quoted a fee of ₹2.5 lakhs for two years. However, they assured me that if my daughter passed an online assessment, we would receive a scholarship, reducing the fee to ₹85,000. They even helped us secure a loan through their payment partner, Propelled, with a monthly EMI of ₹4,275. We opted for online classes on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but since Friday and Saturday were school days, my daughter could only attend on Sundays due to her school schedule. To my dismay, Aakash informed me that their trainers were only available until 5 PM, which meant my daughter couldn’t attend the Friday or Saturday sessions. As a result, she only attended the Sunday classes for 5 weeks. The coaching quality was far below what was promised during their marketing pitch. Feeling disappointed, I decided to stop the coaching and informed the institute via email. Unfortunately, after receiving my email, the staff's tone and behavior toward me drastically changed. I requested a refund since I had paid the full amount via Propelled, but Aakash Institute denied the refund, saying that even if my daughter stopped attending, I was still liable to pay the full amount. When I contacted Propelled, they informed me that the EMIs would only stop if Aakash provided a refund and issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC). My daughter stopped attending classes in June, but I am still paying the EMI as of September, with no refund or NOC from Aakash Institute. The institute’s staff, including their branch manager, have been rude and unhelpful since they received the payment. They have shown no accountability for their poor service and broken promises. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, the poor quality of education, and the rude behavior of Aakash Institute staff. I would strongly advise others to think twice before enrolling their children here, as my experience has been frustrating and unproductive.

Excellent faculties and infrastructure. Way of teaching Physics, Chemistry and Maths is so interesting and was easy to understand. Care that students receive from ehach and every educators help them build self confidence and courage to face the exams which is very important. Thanks.

Last year I attended the class and paid my tution fee. I have received your message for refunding my caution deposit Rs.5000/-. But till now I haven't received back the same. Kollam centre is found closed. What can I do for returning my caution deposit.

I have taken and earned good academic support, which helped me from an average student to an excellent student in school as well as competitive exams. Fully utilized the permanent faculty support who were available fully in the office, and my parents and me are receiving all the exam reminders and other information like PTMS, changes in timetable, etc via Whatsapp and MS teams by the ABM Bibin Sir, and the Non academic team support EDP Sir has helped me resolve my technical issue as soon as possible. The doubts session helped me improve and strengthen my weak areas a lot. Thanks to all my teachers for my better change in academics and am proud to be a part of the Aakash and the institution is proved that my family and me have taken a right decision to choose Aakash Kollam

I had a very disappointing experience with Aakash Kollam. The management seemed more interested in power trips than actually coaching students for the NEET exam. There was a severe lack of coordination with the faculty, which restricted their ability to effectively teach. Despite the potential of the students, due to the very poor managemnt the branch's top mark of only 560, the overall atmosphere was uncompetitive. The institute didnt even have their own hostel! It's disheartening to see how such mismanagement can drastically affect students who have the potential to excel in NEET. Hopefully, Aakash Kollam can change their management especially the ABM and provide a better facility for their future Doctors.
