Got excellent customer service from Bhandari music store. They are absolutely good at what they are doing, recently buyed a guitar from them and genuinely appreciated!!!

They always give a good advice too there customers. As I want to buy costly guitar for me but they advice me to buy middle price range guitar as I am beginner thanks for advice

There should be an option to provide 0 stars as well. Never go to this shop, the guy is only looting people. Worst experience of my life trying to buy a guitar from here. Bhandari took advance from me for a guitar, he kept lying through his teeth about where the guitar is. Kept giving some or the other reason for 2-3 months, like guitar broke or it was sold to someone else. Finally I had to take my advance back from him as he was only lying. Would never recommend anyone to go here, check out other shops in Bhopal where owners are decent. This guy is a liar and a crook.
