Frankfinn Institute

We visited the Frankfinn Vashi office for an enquiry and later also visited the Ghatkopar office to understand the course better. After one day, the head of the Vashi office called us and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He questioned us angrily, saying things like "Why did you visit another branch if you don’t want to take admission?" and "If you want to visit 10 places, go ahead." When my brother spoke to him calmly, he started yelling and said that our form was "rejected" just because we visited another branch. This behavior was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. The staff clearly lacks basic manners and professionalism while talking to students and parents. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a humiliating way. Also, there is no proper complaint portal available, and it seems many people are facing similar issues. I strongly do not recommend taking admission here.

Really rude staff...went for enquiries and seminar but upon the first impressions itself the staff was really rude while speaking to the freshers. Instead of proper guidance they thought being judgemental would help their business somehow. If you wanna get judged on the way you dress and speak definitely give them a visit .

After joining frankfinn institute I have improved my communication skills and patience level. Mentors are very good with us and trained us in a very good manner.

Great opportunity for those who want rapid success in life , through hospitality and also in aviation , after their Higher Secondary Education Ans I'm really proud on my decision that I join frankfinn after my HSC , and also got placed at Radisson Hotel .

It is a good experience, they help to improve our grooming and also communication skills.
