Here I am writing to formally raising a concern regarding an incident that occurred during our class yesterday at the Vashi office. During our regular class session, a member of the top management, Mr. Shafiq, visited our classroom to address students on the importance of maintaining strict grooming standards. However, it was observed by several students that his own appearance did not reflect the standards he was emphasizing, as his attire appeared unclean and wrinkled, and his grooming was not in line with the guidelines being communicated. This contradiction created confusion and discomfort among the students. Additionally, we were informed that students do not greet staff members upon arrival. This statement is factually incorrect. As a batch, we consistently greet everyone at the Vashi office, and our trainers have always acknowledged and appreciated this behavior. No complaints have ever been communicated to us regarding this matter. If there are individual concerns, they should be addressed privately with the concerned student rather than being generalized and discussed in front of the entire batch. More concerning was the discussion that shifted toward students’ personal lives. Questions and remarks regarding personal relationships, particularly directed at female students, were made in a manner that felt intrusive, inappropriate, and humiliating. Such conversations are unrelated to academic or professional development and caused significant mental distress. As a female student, I found this experience extremely uncomfortable and emotionally disturbing. The overall interaction felt less like guidance and more like public humiliation. This raises serious concerns about student dignity, mental well-being, and professional boundaries. If this is the approach being taken by the management, it leaves us questioning our position, safety, and respect within the institution. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I will be compelled to involve my parents and formally request a refund. I sincerely hope the management will look into this issue seriously and ensure a respectful, professional, and supportive learning environment for all students.

I am harsh makwana...I am doing a course in Atenas Fraternity, but this academy has not given me placement yet and when I asked for a refund of my money, I have not received a refund, and no matter how many reviews these people have given. These are all fake, all these reviews are of their staff, it has been more than 1 year since I joined the course, and Kevin sir is not answering the phone and there are many children here who have not got placement. These people have changed their place 3 times in a year...and the name of the company has also changed. I took admission in Maharashtra Aviation Academy and its name is now Atenas Fraternity.
