Yoga classes with Omkar(Personal training)

I took yoga session from Omkar for 3 months and vector day that Omkar know how to work with different people. He will understand the pulse of the person and accordingly set the pace of the session. He gives you time to pick up the exercise and doesn’t force you. His sessions are fun as he keeps chatting as well 🙂 Thanks to him in just 3 months I built up strength and muscle. We could perform tough poses like chakrasan and even surya namaskar. Will highly recommend Omkar if you are looking to invest in your health then there is no one better than this man to help you.
