I will start with a Thank You to Archana Mam! I started my Yoga journey with her classes that she conducted in our society. It was just a beginning to something I thought will last a few weeks max a month! But the way she imbibed the habit in me is still unbelievable for me! Her passion for yoga is truly contagious. Her attention to detail and personalized adjustments helped me improve my alignment, balance, and overall practice. She ensures that all the students understand the importance of any asana. I would usually get late because of my work schedule but she would ensure to atleast let me know the meditation part which I might have missed! Her way of teaching is calming, yet energizing. I moved out of India and do not practice with her anymore, but she continues to guide over WhatsApp even now! Thank you Mam for everything
