It is been a month now ; I have joined Yoga . My experience is wonderful as my body is getting flexible day by day. My Body has become more active in many ways . Deepika has given us amazing training and Yoga Steps that has helped in my weight loss journey.I am getting more fit and more energetic. I am really glad to join her Yoga session.
