Value for money.. The gym is well equipped. The trainers are friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts and even look for correct form while working out. Well designed workout plans to suit the body needs. Clean and hygienic interior… I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape

too much costly plans but being strong machines and the gym is neat and clean. you must have one full size of tovel and saperate gym shoes to enter the gym. there is no any type of stool or chair tumko khade hoke hi shoes pahenne padenge aur utarne bhi padenge and there is no any type of locker room if you want to store shoes or stuff. you have to carry for everyday. i felt ac was less effective less parking area many times i have to park my bike in other place, and lighting is less because of owner he always off lights so darker than other gyms. i am doing here from 40 days and owner is annoying. he always poke you. if you can tolerate all then you can definitely go there.
