Zen Reading Room

I spent a week studying for my Master's exam there and I found the atmosphere to be excellent. All the students maintained the decorum of the place. The opening hours were quite vast, the space was sufficient, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and they provided free high-speed internet connectivity. They offer packages ranging from one day to a month, which was incredibly helpful for me. I would recommend this place to anyone in search of a decent reading room.

A Total Scam in the Name of a Library If there was an award for the worst library, this place would win hands down. Charging AC prices for a useless cooler that barely works, and when you complain, they serve you two weeks of fake promises instead of a solution. In summer, this place turns into a furnace—you’ll sweat more here than in a gym, and the only thing cooling you down is your frustration. Basic hygiene? Non-existent. No handwash in the washroom, rooms left uncleaned for weeks, and layers of dust everywhere—feels more like a construction site than a study space. Instead of helping students, they’re busy counting money and ignoring complaints. If you actually want to focus, go to Universal or Abdul Kalam Library. This place is a sweaty, dusty, mismanaged scam that cares about nothing except your money.

Poor management, not at all supportive The librarian here don't know how to manage a library!!! Students are struggling to seat but they would shut the rooms for saving their costs. The ma'am over here just keeps on yelling at the students. They are charging a lot as compared to other libraries but the amenities here are not at all worthy.. Saving of cost is much more important for that dumb lady I will request the owner to remove that lady from the job if you wanna run the library in a long run!!! I will request the librarian to first learn how to manage a library and know the real meaning of library...just hoping that she come into her senses soon !!! I'll urge to other students not to join zen reading room (a total waste of money and time)

The library has an ambient study atmosphere. It has high-speed Internet, air-conditioning and many workspaces to choose. The management is good. And at this price range, it is satisfactory. So yes this is worth a 5 star.

Best library in Ngp .Best place to study . Not sure about other negative reviews, but I studied in Helix for 4 months and everything was too good. Also Laxmi mam was supportive I asked only once for extra light and she installed that on the next day only. Only negative thing is inspite of paying that much u don't get a reserved seat.

Always enjoy the amazingly quiet and comfortable atmosphere.I choose this venue coz a good friend went there recently and posted the great ambience.This is probably nagpur first best library and my first visit was a real eye-opener. Beautiful Reading room housed in a grand Victorian building. And management is also helpful.

READING ROOM MEANS "A PLACE , SPECIALLY A ROOM IN A LIBRARY WHERE PEOPLE CAN READ OR STUDY" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE MIND READING ROOM MEANS PLACE WHERE PEOPLE CAN READ AND STUDY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is a humble request not join this library. Having the worst experience. As there is no discipline in the Reading room people are making noises often so loud making others difficult to concentrate. No reserve sitting system in the library as always you have to sit at different places in different rooms. Even though in high summer ACs are not working for a couple of months and after so many times requesting to get AC repaired, they are just making useless excuses and making us sit at different places and there is not proper electricity connection for all the users of library making difficult them to use laptop as charging point are very less as compared to the study table. PLEASE IT IS REQUEST TO THE OWNER OF READING ROOM TO PERSONALLY VISIT AND MAKE SURE THING GOING WELL AND DO NOT RELY UPON MANAGEMENT WHOLEY.
