I completed 1 month of Personalised Yoga Sessions at YogAnjali Studio. It has been an amazing journey so far !. Many thanks and grateful to all the instructors namely Anjali Ma'am, Avantika Ma'am, Minal Ma'am, Renu Ma'am. The session is conducted in a very scientific manner, a perfect blend of all the asanas, breathing exercises, Yoga Nidra etc. I am feeling positive and my mind and body is getting aligned in the right manner !.. The environment at the studio is very meditative and soothing. I am happy that I have made the right choice of enrolling myself at YogAnjali Studio !! I've been going to this class for about a month and it has been really great so far. All the trainers are really great in terms of teaching and their behavior , they communicate well and are really kind. The mediation, yoga, pranayam, etc have been really great asset to me and have improved my day to day life on high par.
