Yoga with Sarika

Sarika is an excellent teacher ....thankyou for making aerial yogasuch an amazing experience...your teaching style,patience and cheerful spirit motivate me everytime I step onto the hammock

I have been attending Yoga classes with Sarika for some time now. I have always been a gym person but found the yoga classes to be very interesting and engaging. There was variety in the sessions( Asana, pranayama, mudra, relaxation and meditation) Sarika planned every class keeping in mind the limitations and made it challenging and interesting. The pranayama and meditation sessions helped me learn to relax and manage my stress levels. Sarika was kind enough to explain all the steps and the reasons behind each Asana in detail. Would definately recommend.

Sarika ma’am is a very experienced and excellent yoga instructor. She pays individual attention to every students issue and gives them an exercise according to their issue. She is extremely polite and friendly. Different kinds of assanas are covered everyday including pranayam. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants to introduce yoga in their daily routine.

My experience with Sarika was very nice. She takes Yoga classes with full attention and dedication. I am attending her classes since 1 month and I am extremely happy with the difference in my body, flexibility and stamina. I am surely going to continue attending her classes.

It’s being 2 years since i have been practising yoga with Sarika Ma’am. I was dealing with some medical issues. My health is improved now all thanks to Sarika Ma’am. She keeps motivating us with a positive intentions. By taking different practices each day she makes the class lively and makes us want to come everyday.

Sarika Ma'am is well experienced, have deep knowledge of yoga and master in yoga. She truly helps and care the students, she personally assists the students. Pranayam, meditation and shavasana also covered at the end of every classes. I am grateful to have her as my teacher.
