Yoga-First

I’ve started practising Yoga with guidance of Sanjay Guruji since last 5 months and have seen lot of improvement in myself in terms of increase in concentration levels, boost in immunity, flexibility in my body and overall strength. Sanjay Guruji is very knowledgeable, patient and he gives personal attention to everyone during practice sessions. He is available all the time to address your doubts and guide you. I feel happy and proud to practice the ancient art of Yoga and discover myself.

Guruji Sanjayji is an excellent teacher. His classes are energetic, I always feel peaceful and rejuvenated. I always look forward to the yoga class which is a great blend of praan kriyas, yoga and meditation. Guruji Sanjayji instinctively adapts the yoga classes to suit the individual needs of all the students. Sanjayji lets us know how far to go in a pose if we have injuries/weaknesses, which is really great. He pays individual attention to all in the class. His explanations are very clear and precise. His tips to make sure you are maximising the benefits of the posture while preventing injury are something that is rare to find. I really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. Highly recommended!

Very effective coaching. There are number of asanas in Yog. But Sanjay sir emphasises on relevant asanas You may start seeing changes just from second or third day.
