I can’t say enough good things about this yoga center.I was struggling with stress and back pain and was overweight but the sessions have made a world of difference.The instructor Komal Maam is absolutely amazing,her cues are so much clear,and she creates a supportive and encouraging environment for everyone.I have noticed improvement in my posture,flexibility and overall strength.the studio has truly helped me feel fit ,both physically and mentally.Highly, highly recommend!

Hi.komal yoga centre is one of the best yoga centre in yamuna nagar.i I had joined 2 months ago and I lost 5 kg through yoga without any dieting. The centre owner is also very cooperative and the timings are also flexible. Everyone should join.
