Sakthi online yoga classes

Great place to learn online yoga. Flexible timings and good teacher. In fact the way everyday asanas are sequenced is interesting and we will never get bored of a same routine. Actually asanas are practiced for realising God within us and noticing/focusing our breath is very important. Mrs.Priya , everyday and for every asana, she reminds us gently to watch our breath. The continuous guidance to observe and coordinate breathing in every asana really makes a big difference. I strongly recommend this class to everyone who wants to learn yoga online .

I felt very comfortable during this class. The instructor was patient and guided us through each movement at a good pace. I appreciated the focus on breathing and alignment. Great place for anyone new to yoga!

Instructor Priya's attention to detail and modifications for different body types. The class helped me to deepen my understanding of yoga practice and its benefits. She became very close to me.. I can share anything with her.. Arranging trip's and handling people's Awesome. Very patience, friendly,calm and composed.

I am Sakshi yoga Priya Friend, More than 8 years we together started our yoga journey. Now I am tutor in Sakshi yoga. I get relive from knee pain and ulcer by yoga. Also we are following trekking for once in two months and fit by physically . Happy to share my wordings. Best centre I recommend for all.
