Sadu is a best friend of mine and I know him since my childhood. Last time when I visited India, I got a chance to experience the STEP INN power house . The equipments, training programs and diet plans are on par with International standards here. Sadu and his team have done an incredible job to put together a balanced workout and diet plans across different fitness needs. I suggest interested Gym enthusiasts in the town to visit this place once at-least and I am sure you will feel it worth.

I am from Bijapur and being an Australian resident for an about 5 years, I can confidently say this gym is the best in Bijapur. The equipments are of international standards when compared with the gyms I use in Australia. Trainers are very supportive and motivating and professionals in weights training. It was a wonderful experience!! Cardio to strength training under the guidance of Sadashiv Sir helped me loose a lot of kilos which helped in building a better physique .. All trainers in the gym are so knowledgeable, well behaved and have helping nature.. Sadashiv Sir is a great source of motivation.. He motivates you to come to gym on daily basis and also indulges us in meditation sessions.. Group sessions of cardio training are my favourite ones!!
