Cosmic Yoga Studios, Vellore

This yoga class is well organized with motivated teachers willing to train their students. They have 4 branches in vellore out of which I'm attending sankaranpalayam branch Trainer Kokila,though young,is well trained and is patient enough to teach everyone the practise clearly.

I thank Mr. Sakthivel sir, shared your experience about yoga. It was the life lessons and yoga asanas you taught me and made me practice, which will remain with me for a life time. I remain the mantra that is "do good, think good and be good",we follow this our day to day life once again thank you so much sir for your wonderful speech.
