Fitness First

My journey with rakhi which is instructor of fitness first is just awsome i am with her doing yoga sice 4 yrs .the way she teaches and focuses on everybody is remarkable.my body has become so flexible also my other medical issues are also resolved . I would say that people should try fitness first. Everyday she comes with new asanas and flexibility exercises which is outstanding. Thanks rakhi instructor of fitness first for making me so energetic .
