My experience at VR Fitness has been truly excellent. The gym offers ample space with a great ambience, and the cleanliness is well maintained, which makes working out comfortable and motivating. The personal trainer, Sree Kumar, has been incredibly supportive throughout my fitness journey. He not only guides us during workouts but also explains how each exercise helps improve specific parts of the body. He understands individual limitations and always suggests suitable alternatives when certain exercises are difficult. His approach is polite yet disciplined, which really helps in staying focused and consistent. Overall, my journey with VR Fitness has been motivating, inspirational, and power-packed. Joining VR Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in 2025 to start and stay committed to my fitness journey.

We are from the Skill Development Center, GVHSS Kadappuram, Chavakkad. Today, as part of our field visit for the General Fitness Trainer course under the STARS Project, Kerala Government, we visited VR Fitness Thrissur. Our objective was to expose students to premium gym facilities, and VR Fitness exceeded our expectations. The visit was truly worthwhile, with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. Moreover, the hosting was exceptional and truly appreciated.

Really impressed with VR Fitness Gym. The front desk team is polite and quick to help, and the trainers are experienced, approachable, and focused on proper guidance. The gym stays clean and has a motivating, positive ambience that makes workouts enjoyable. Definitely a place you’ll want to keep coming back to.

Very good neatly maintained gym.. Dont think there is a seperate timing for ladies.... So gents can also work out anytime.... Went to workout out there for one day which cost 500 rs... Very polite and knowledgeable staff and trainers... Ample space, seperate areas for machines, cardio and warm ups. Machines are top quality equipment...

The gym has a good layout and never feels chaotic. Everything is kept tidy, and workouts feel smooth without unnecessary interruptions. The front desk experience is straightforward and stress free thanks to Yadhu, who is consistently helpful and respectful. Trainers step in when needed and don’t hover. Overall, it’s an easy place to train and stay consistent.
