Kailasam Yoga

Kailasam is just wonderful! Welcoming, well appointed rooms that are cleaned daily and superbly comfortable. I enjoyed my stay immensely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. I will be back again in 2025.

The place is infested by cockroaches and beeing told Diana, the owner laughed in my face and told me that: " This is India" Disgusting, grotesque, i could not sleep being afraid they may get in the bed. They wete everywhere: big red ones in the kitchen, huge black ones in the bathroom, smaller ones on the walls and on the curtains. Avoid this place like the plague. Never mind the lack of Ac, the mosquitoes, the over inflated prices, the attitude of the owner was appalling. Zero star

I have just seen the post from @Pusa Hack and cannot overstate how shocked and surprised I was. I have stayed at Kailasam Yoga many times in recent years. It is probably the cleanest place I have stayed in India, (I have been visiting India since 1987) and have yet to discover anywhere that tempts me away from Kailasam. The staff could not be more welcoming, friendly and accommodating to all our needs. I cannot wait to return and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kailasam to anybody. It is an oasis of calm in a wonderfully frenetic India.

I’m actually staying in the same room and have been staying here for 2 weeks already and I have seen no bugs. This place is cleaned every day from top to bottom. I am having a wonderful time and would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to experience Indian living. Your room is overlooking a really sweet garden. The little family temple is just so special. You have complete privacy, yet you pop your head out and the family passing always greet you with a welcoming smile. Il be back next year if it is free.
