Amazing experience, Quite a unique experience. Away from the hustle bustle of city Yoga session with Rohit is always interesting. Hiral's Nada healing is amazing I could experience for the first time what is meditation or chakras. Star gazing with Vijay ji is exciting and interesting. Anand Kunj retreat is a nice place for recreation serene atmosphere Thoroughly enjoyed our two days stay.

My yoga journey began with Mam in year 2021. And We are still connected, which itself speaks volume about her commitment toward her students. We practiced regularly different asana’s and I could do them easily with her guidance. She not only taught me yoga asana but also taught me meditation. You can connect with her anytime on phone and she is happy to share her wisdom. Yoga helped improve my health issues and focus. Highly recommend.

Sonali teacher! You are simply amazing! We are humans amd bound to have different kinds of complex emotions. So, when was upset over something, universe brought you into my life to help me cope up with. Right from the lifestyle changes, to right postures while doing pranayama and simple things like how to enjoy drinking water early morning when we wake up! These things helped me a lot! Also, she has indepth knowledge of yoga which am too naive and must not even attempt to comment about it. She focuses on mental health and encourages mindfulness and wellness with a holistic approach. Her counselling is theurapatic as well because she can be a healer as she has herself healed from difficult situations and come out with flying colors. She is a great fusion of modern thinker and while simple living. One can speak about anything to her from bad habits to anything as she is so open, non-judgemental, unbiased and above all approachable

I recently attended a weekend yoga retreat Akaash Darshan at Anand Kunj Lonavala, arranged by Sonali, Rohit Pillai, Vijay and Hiram shah. It was very well organized program, in a great location, people from daily hectic life can benefit greatly from this program. Yoga session from Rohit sir were excellent and the star gazing conducted by Vija Sir was also very informative. I had great time observing the sky at night. Many people had nice relaxing experience from sound healing sessions conducted by Hiral ma’am. The facility was well maintained, in quiet and beautiful place surrounded by nature. The food was great and meals were prepared right on time, so overall programs runs on schedule. People were very nice and helpful throughout the program. I would highly recommend this program, for everyone wants to escape busy hectic city life and experience physical and mental relaxation.
