It's a wonderful institute and one of the best institute in kakinada. In this institute I learn meditation, it's a good experience for me in my personal life . I learn many things that I never experienced before. I personally thanks to Hyma madam and maha Lakshmi kumar sir.
I am so happy for this institute, why bcoz, i am in deep stress and inferirioty complex at that time i reached this now i am happy. They are made me complet person .
It is wonderful experience learning yoga here which also helps to progress ,learn and understand meditation also.
It's an amazing and helpful institution which helps in development of an individual life.
