Shri Yoga Sharanam

First of all, it's close to my house and I love being able to walk to class. Secondly, the studio feels like what true yoga should be. It's not at all like a work out at the gym. The owners and teachers really believe in and "live " yoga.

This Center is a great place to learn Traditional Hatha yoga in a supportive environment. They cover all the aspects of yoga including Philosophy, Anatomy, Meditation and Shatkarma. Highly recommended!

The yoga classes are excellent, the philosophy talks are memorable, ayurveda was very interesting and the meditation with you excellent. For me, the most memorable experience was morning meditation.

I learned about Hatha yoga theory, philosophy, anatomy, asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhas and much more, but most importantly, I learned about myself. I learned about my true self

I learnt that yoga is the science of life that can bring balance in my overall personality - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually
