I truly enjoyed taking yoga classes with Manisha, she is an excellent yoga professor, and she encourages all women to practice not only yoga but wellness, and is very dedicated to her students. Coming from America, I can say confidently these are the best yoga classes I've ever done, every time I come back, I will make sure to practice yoga here at Tulsi Yoga.
I started my yoga for past 4 months and was a good experience. It has started showing improvement in health as well mental peace.It is helping to boost the energy for the day.Not only asanas, we r experienced with proper health,diet guidance.
