It’s been two months since I started practicing yoga at her centre, and I can already feel a clear difference. I attend the morning sessions with her, and just the thought of these classes motivates me to wake up early. Her sessions truly ease and calm the mind. What I love the most is that every day is different—you get to experience a new form of yoga each time, which is both refreshing and inspiring. Yesterday, I also had the chance to attend one of her workshops it was beautifully organised and set in a serene environment.

For me, Shakshi's yoga sessions have been life changing and immersive. Right from losing my initial post pregnancy weight and healing in 2022 and cut short to 2025, I came back again prioritising self care. Her style of yoga is unique and doesn't bore you, as everyday there is something new to challenge your body. Her immense knowledge on human body, its strength and frailty make the sessions mindful and realistic. Her workshops also are tailor-made and keenly curated. Yet to try the guilt-free snacks from her own website! Overall, she is someone whom you can trust your health with. For me, personally, she has been a source of inspiration and helped a lot in regulating my lifestyle.
