Power Fit Gym is really a masterpeice in Gym sector. Well maintained gym with clean facilities and high quality equipment . It has positive and fun workout environment . Trainer Nadeem is well experienced and has a lot of experience related to gym feild . The way he explain and make you practice the exercises is way more good comapred to trainers of other gym . In his guidance gym feel very easy and the gaining and loosing of weight is more easy . There is no chance of getting any injury under his guidance. Thank you Power Fit for providing us such good trainers.

The gym has very old and limited equipment. There’s only one bench and most of the machines are single. The place feels suffocating, and the trainers even they need training. Everyone is charged a different fee. The fees are high for the kind of setup they have. Overall, not a good experience Don't go there

1. No ventilation, AC chalu nahi karte, 5 ac name ke he, aap better basement gym me jao udhar ventilation mil jayega. 2. Ek hi incline bench he, line me lagna padta he 3. Trainer name ke he koi galat exercise kar raha he to karte rahe unke mann me rahega to bata denege. Don't come if you are new. Morning me jao to cold morning ke name par no AC, evening me jao to incline bench ke liye line me lago, and air ventilation to he nahi. Me to is gym ko dobara join nahi kar rahi.
