10/10 yoga studio and the very best yoga teacher I have ever practiced with. Muskan is an experienced teacher and she pays so much attention to each one of her students. She offers classes every weekday and on multiple times per day to fit her yogis different schedules. I have honestly had a transformative experience through practicing yoga with Muskan, she guides her students so well and has so much knowledge about each asana and how to adapt to different capabilities. She challenges her students but in a thoughtful way and always being there for guidance and support. This studio is a really special place and the community is so welcoming and warm. Forever grateful that I have found this place, thank you Muskan ❤️

There is no one better in the city than Muskan! She lives up to her name because what she does for your health invariably puts a smile on your face…of satisfaction, of inner strength, of self confidence…that calm smile of ‘good, real health’! Her knowledge is deep and she understands each body individually as a seasoned trainer should and then she creates a pathway as per your body type! Muskan is such a calm, kind, and knowledgeable teacher — she explains every asana so clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. Highly recommend everyone in Shimla to try her offline classes, and those outside Shimla to join her online sessions — you’ll absolutely love the vibe! ‍♀️

This is wonderful place to learn and practice yoga. The classes are well planned. Muskan is very knowledgeable, encouraging and pay attention to everyone. The environment is peaceful and full of positive energy which helps me feel relaxed and refreshed after every session. And the most important, the location is easily approachable and since I have just started my yoga journey, I truly feel this is the perfect place for any beginner to start and grow with confidence.
