I joined Yoga shaktishali Yoga Centre two months ago and it has been a great experience. When I started, I was struggling with severe knee and back pain. Sitting for a long time and then walking used to be very painful for me, and even after medical treatment I didn’t get much relief. But after practicing yoga here regularly, my leg pain has reduced a lot and my back pain has completely disappeared. I feel healthier, more active, and so much better now. I joined the class on 1 February 2025 in which I was made to practice every level of asana and pranayama with accuracy. As a result of which I have become a best student today and will try to keep joining the class regularly in future as well. Today, being a student of Yoga Shaktishali class in Sehore city is a matter of pride in itself. I always like to give a good advice And I will say that if there is a yoga class then it should be like this otherwise there should be no class Best best ever best in whole life

Really a great place with excellent environment to keep ourself mentally and physically fit. I have attended 4-5 sessions and it really helped me to get over from my stress issue and other health related issues. I personally suggest we all should join Yoga Shaktishali.
