Very disappointing experience at Cult Prakash Nagar. Hygiene is poorly maintained and equipment cleanliness is not up to the mark. There is no proper trainer supervision on the gym floor, and trainers seem noticeably more attentive toward female members while male members are often ignored. When asked about this privacy issue the meher is not listening and making fun that's what's issue with abd why u care about privacy and u can complain and bla bla... The front desk staff (name sounded like Meher) was unprofessional and lacked basic etiquette while speaking. There is also no clear complaint or feedback mechanism, which makes it frustrating for members to raise concerns. A major issue is privacy—many people record videos and take photos inside the gym, often capturing other members without consent. There is no enforcement of privacy rules, making the environment uncomfortable. This center does not meet the standards expected from the Cult brand. Management needs to seriously improve hygiene, staff behavior, trainer fairness, and privacy enforcement.

Worst place for group workouts, they hardly switch on AC, completely suffocating even with half the strength. I have been to Cult Bangalore which was great but here its pathetic. After every session I have been giving the feedback about the AC but still there is no action. The center manager will always be in the gym Harly present in the group sessions. But the HRX and strength trainer Harsha is the worst guy. He hardly responds to persons queries he doesn't give respect to the person when speaking. After my HRX session, I was asking him a few queries and he asked me for my phone, I thought he will show me something on the app but instead he just gave himself positive feedback (5 star or happy) on the app for the session. I think even he knows that he didn't behave well with me hence he gave himself a good rating. I would highly refrain from attending the HRX or Strength sessions here. The only positive thing here is teh Dance trainer he is very good. His session is a must try.

I had a very bad experience at Cult, Begumpet, with Mr. Meher, the in-charge staff member. His unruly behavior and filthy language are highly reprehensible. I approached him to lower the dangerously high music level, and his aggressive behavior and the filthy language he used were of utmost concern. Such behavior from staff is not tolerated under any circumstances. I felt as if I had visited a third-grade gym with untrained staff.

Excellent staff, always willing to help with workouts or provide advice, Love the all equipmens! However, it would be great to have more towel dispensers

Training at CULT, Begumpet is awesome with Harsha and Sandeep...They are the gems CULT can ever have. They are Disciplined, aware of the postures and also know the potential of the clients.

Gym is good but need cable crossover machine one more for each set we have to wait for 5 to 6 minutes due to crowd and forearm machine prechaircurl machine And for tricep small rod is only one in the gym
