Here’s why: • Untrustworthy & Unreliable: They committed to sending a home instructor but never followed up or communicated anything. I was left waiting without any update. • No Professionalism: When I tried to follow up, their response was rude and dismissive. Asking simple, basic questions seemed to annoy them. • Misbehavior on Call: During telephonic conversations, their tone was extremely unprofessional and at times bordering on aggressive. • Threatening Behavior: Shockingly, one of their instructors who was supposed to come but didn’t showed up messaged on my personal number and later tried to push and pressurize me into removing my honest review. This is completely unacceptable and unethical behavior. • Questionable Reviews: Most of the reviews on their page seem to be from their friends or family members just to boost their image. Don’t fall for the hype. This was not just poor service — it was an example of how not to run a customer-facing business. Think twice before you engage with them. There are far better and more trustworthy yoga instructors out there.
