I have been associated with the yoga classes here for the past 2 years and it has become a part of my life. It energizes my whole being and I am quite addicted to it. The classes are quite interesting, each day something new and creative. Overall, a fun way to shape oneself and stay fit mentally, physically and emotionally. I am in love with myself when I sweat it out and feel stronger and rejuvenated.

I joined two months back with severe backache ....but now I feel much much better . She is the best yoga instructor and guide. I recommend everyone for the same.
