The atmosphere of the class , my instructor's positive energy, her polite behaviour kept motivating me everysingle day . I personally feel very fresh and light after doing exercises . Shailaja mam always come up with the most exciting and tough exercises that really increase my strength . Her choice on song was so sooo good , from the music started the atmosphere was filled with energy, excitement and courage .
