I started yoga classes from september 2022 ending..I had pcod problem doctor advised yoga along with medicines.. So i joined yoga class.. In last 6-7 months yoga has made a great difference in me.. My periods which used to come every 15 days now the cycle had became of 25 days... the belly fat that increased due to PCOD has reduced... I used to feel very tired at first but now I feel fresh throughout the day due to regular yoga.. Thank you Om yoga studio
