Attending the prenatal yoga class has been such a wonderful experience. The instructor (Priyanka)was very knowledgeable and attentive, guiding us gently through safe and effective poses tailored for pregnancy. Each session helped me feel more relaxed, reduced my body aches, and gave me confidence for the journey ahead. It wasn’t just exercise – it was a beautiful blend of care, positivity, and preparation for motherhood. Truly a class I would recommend to all moms-to-be. ‍♀️
