I have been attending Garbh Sanskar class for last two months. I enjoying every session. The meditation and womb talking practice helps me to feel relax and deeply connect to my baby. It’s wonderful way to build a positive and loving connection with my baby before birth. Thank you for you support during this special time in my life.

તમને ચાલવામાં તકલીફ જેમ કે નશ નો દુખાવો છે તો એના માટે કસરત તથા દવા, તમને ડાયાબીટીસ છે તો તેના માટે આયુર્વેદિક પાવડર, તમારું વજન વધારે છે તો વજન ઉતરવા માટે ની દવા અથવા યોગા, કસરત. મારા પરિવાર ના બે સભ્યો માટે ઉપર દર્શાવેલ દર્દ માટે મેં અંકીતા પાસે થી માર્ગદર્શન મેળવ્યું. એના કહેવા પ્રમાણે ની પરેજી તથા સમય અનુસાર દવા લેવાથી આજે મારા સભ્યો ને સારું થઇ ગયું છે. અંકીતા ની સમયે સમયે પોતાના કસ્ટમર ની ખબર અંતર પુછવવાની જે આદત છે એના થી હું ઘણો પ્રભાવિત થયો છું. અંકીતા ને યોગા તથા ધ્યાન નો પણ સારા એવા વર્ષો નો અનુભવ છે.

I joined yoga classics.This month me were really happy to be included in an amazing local Yoga guide for Perth (which you can check out in this link here) Yoga is very useful because it helps us to control our mind contributes to health. I have spent very fulfilling days.I noticed that studying yoga changed my mind and my body.

I did my pregnancy yoga and post partum yoga under her guidance. It was a very good experience. She has very good knowledge of yoga, ayurveda and naturopathy.
