Yogasmi Yoga Classes

I am getting now a days very energetic because of Smita mam. I have so much pain in body from yoga I get relief from hole body pain specially in back pain. Thank you so much mam I think everyone should have to join class atleast one time you will never disjoin the class n never be bored.

Classes are superb I personally recommend to join this for better lifestyle though many people might feel yoga is not meant for weight loss but truly speaking yoga helps to boost our body which is very necessary. I ove this class. Thank you

The Yoga classes conducted by Smita ji are invigorating and relaxing at the same time. She is very time efficient and we do a lot during one hour which energises us for the day.

Very good experience with the classes. There is a lot of variety and always something new. Helped a lot getter better fast when I got sick.
