My Experience of the Art of Living Advance Course with Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji // Pankaj Mishra sir Attending the Advance Course in the Art of Living was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. It wasn’t just a spiritual retreat—it felt like a journey inward, a deep cleansing of the mind, body, and soul. The environment was serene and full of positivity. Away from the chaos of everyday life, I got the chance to reconnect with myself. The silence, the meditations, the Sudarshan Kriya—it all created a powerful impact. For the first time in a long while, I truly felt present. Sri Sri Ravishankar ji’s wisdom was simple yet profound. Every word he spoke felt like it was directed right at me. He made spirituality so accessible, so natural. I realized that true happiness lies within, and peace is not something we chase, it’s something we uncover within ourselves. The course also helped me release a lot of emotional baggage. I laughed, cried, reflected, and most importantly—I healed. The bond I developed with the fellow participants was beautiful; despite being strangers, we became a family through shared silence and shared smiles. Since completing the course, I’ve noticed a subtle shift in my life. I’ve become calmer, more mindful, and more centered. The daily practices have now become my anchor. I am deeply grateful to Sri Sri Ravishankar ji, PANKAJ MISHRA SIR, and the entire Art of Living family for giving me this gift of clarity, joy, and inner strength.

Went to learn meditation... But the happiness program was beyond my expectation... It not only taught me how to live the life but also helped me know my true potential which is infinite...The knowledge imparted cannot be found in any school textbooks... In short it transformed me from machine to a human. Also the Sudarshan Kriya(by Gurudev) helped me to detoxify my whole body, mind, wisdom, memory and soul through my breath. Learned the importance of my breath in true sense.

Found it very useful to handle my tensions, stresses and state of mind. Sudharshan kriya was an amazing experience. Felt very light in my mind and experienced greater clarity in thoughts. Emotions got stabilized and felt a tremendous increase in my energy levels. I feel I have evolved as a better person after the program. Thank you Pankaj sir, for your great support.

I was going through a rough patch when I stumbled upon this place. I had gone with very less expectations. But I think destiny guided me to this place. Pankaj sir was amazing to say the least. I went as student and came back as a devotee. Best place for meditation. It has an aura which can only be experienced.

This is the place where I learnt the Art of Living. Before doing my basic course (happiness program) i was alive but not living the life to the fullest. After doing this course my life turned 180 degree, the outcome of the course can't be described in words, you have to do it for yourself that what this course can bring to your life. I am very much indebted to Pankaj sir who introduced me to this beautiful world of spirituality and made me realise what life actually is Jai Gurudev.

This was something never experienced before. The whole process of 'SAADHNA' was so enriching that it's feeling is beyond oral explanation and it can only be felt by the performer. The whole process of 'YOGASAN, PRANAYAM, MEDITATION', was very good , Apart from it the teachings of 'GURUJI' were so good that when Imbibed in self with above processes would give the real 'ART OF LIVING' in our lives. We often live in illusion that we are very strong, we can handle everything but that is a lie and we need someone to guide us and under the guidance of gurujii we feel that we are charged, energized, and full of enthusiasm. There are things that we can not control but what we can do is change the way we react to them, handle them and in this course I learned this. I say with my own experience that we wait for something good to happen to us which can change our lives and this course of art of living may be that. . Everyone should try it.
