Highly recommended yoga class in pcmc area I have been attending the classes from past 3 months now, and I have a very good experience with the classes. Viraja ma'am ( owner ) , takes all sorts of exercise based on your requirements. She not only teaches yoga exercises but also gym exercises , variations of meditation and partner yoga and other bunch of varieties of exercises which enable me to stay healthy , fit as well as happy. If you're looking for a good yoga classes which will actually bring difference in you, this is the place where you should give it a try , it will be worthy .

Very nice and interactive yoga class by Viraja ma'am, she is very friendly and tells you asanas and exercises as per your body and requirement. She is well experienced and knowledgeable about Yoga. Enjoying the experience in the class, highly recommend!!

Veeraja ma'am, our yoga teacher is very well versed in all the yoga poses and also provides us with information regarding the uses of the various asanas alongwith the right breathing technique, meditation, correct posture etc. It's the right place to learn and practice regular yoga.
